About Us
Dr. Filip Leviev and Dr. Rumyana Levieva are behind Cool Dental Sofia - a dental project with a clear idea, born after five years of clinical practice in the Netherlands.
The combination of quality, technology and patient care is at the heart of our vision for dentistry.
We came back to Bulgaria with the intention to implement these high standards in our own practice.
Cool Dental is our idea of a dentist we would like to go to ourselves.

What are the opening hours of Cool Dental?
We are open on weekdays from 13:00 to 17:00

Can I have an X-ray taken at the clinic?
Yes. We can take small X-rays which you can receive in digital format.
How often should I have a professional cleaning?
We recommend having your teeth professionally scaled twice a year. For some patients, depending on the condition of their gums and teeth, this may need to be done more frequently, every 3–4 months.
At what age should I bring my child for the first dental check-up?
Ideally, a child’s first visit should happen before there’s a problem, so it’s a calm and positive experience. We recommend coming in when the first baby tooth appears, for hygiene and nutrition advice. From age 2–3, we monitor for early decay and habits that may affect the bite.
How can I book an appointment?
To book an appointment with us you can use one of the four options we have provided:

How long does a professional cleaning take?
Depending on the individual case, a cleaning and polishing takes between 30 and 60 minutes.
Do you work with the NHIF or private health insurers?
Yes. For private health insurance, we issue a detailed invoice which you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement. We also have an agreement with the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF). Simply bring your health insurance card with you to access the dental services covered by the NHIF.
How often should I visit the dentist?
We recommend a check-up every six months. Regular visits help us to detect problems early on, when treatment is easier, quicker and more affordable.
